Resident Service Requests: Your Facilities Manager will ensure that residents’ service requests are dealt with in a timely manner. Requests are typically resolved within 24 hours, unless there are extenuating circumstances. We understand that quality service increases resident retention and we will provide your residents with professional, friendly, expedient service.
Emergency Service Requests: There will be a maintenance technician available to respond to emergency maintenance issues at your property 24 hours a day. When your residents call the emergency service number, they will be connected directly to a maintenance technician who will immediately respond to their request.
